After several years working for corporations and government, we have experienced the many problems that go hand in hand with large IT environments; poorly configured desktop services, incompatible devices, and a lack of information relating to software and hardware.
We realised users’ needs have changed with the freedom to work from home and the ability to bring their own devices to the workplace. As a result, the typical work environment has changed significantly, and many IT departments struggle to keep track of and maintain their computer fleet.
We felt that something had to be done and knew that we were the people to do it. Our team has the experience in finance, procurement and technology; we know what is required to build an IT system and we know what it takes to maintain it.
